Pay It Forward

2020 was an extraordinary year, which impacted everyone across the globe in many different ways. Some have benefited; many others have suffered. As we enter a new year, school closures continue and students already affected are losing out on even more critical classroom time.

That is why we have launched our Pay It Forward campaign to help students across the UK succeed in their exams.

What is Pay It Forward?

“If you can’t pay it back, pay it forward.” — Catherine Ryan Hyde

2020 was incredibly tough for so many people but for many students sitting critical exams this year the consequences could be life changing.

  • Widening inequalities have massively impacted a generation of young people.
  • Students have missed vast amounts of school, had to adapt to changing technologies and deal with increased fears about their futures.

Our Pay It Forward campaign allows you to support these children by purchasing subscriptions of schoolexams.co.uk for the children who need additional revision support the most. We will match your contribution by 200%, thereby tripling the number of students who benefit from your help.

How Can You Help Change a Student's Life?

  • We know the importance these critical exams have on a student’s future opportunities.  The difference between a grade 3 and 4 can have a life changing impact.
  • With a 4 in English and Maths, college places, apprenticeships, jobs, and university all become open doors. Without it, a child’s future can become much more difficult, with far fewer opportunities open to them.
  • Our mission is to level the playing field and help all children achieve their best outcomes in their exams by providing top quality video tuition from expert examiners.

Success stories

Pay It Forward has the potential to make a hugely positive impact on young people’s lives and local businesses. Here’s why some of our benefactors got involved in the campaign:

Neil and Guy own Jackie’s News Ltd, a newspaper and magazine delivery service operating in over 80 towns and villages throughout Kent and East Sussex.

They got involved with Pay It Forward to support local school communities and as a result have successfully supported 30 children’s academic journeys across 4 schools by making allocating their licences to the Tenterden Schools Trust

From Jackie's News

“A big thank you to schoolexams.co.uk for tripling our £240 purchase to help the Tenterden Schools Trust. This has given us the opportunity to support 30 disadvantaged children in the excellent schools that our own children attended.

We hope that the 6 month licences to the website will help impact their progress and results, in conjunction with all the support they get from their teachers.”

- Guy, Jackie's News owner

FAQ

Purchases can be made in bundles of 5 licences, so our minimum contribution is £119.70.

The great thing about the Pay It Forward campaign is that you can allocate your licences to any school in the country! So you can easily support a school outside of your local area.

Or, if you’re not sure about which school to help, just give us a call on 0800 048 7418We’re more than happy to help you select a school that would benefit from your Pay It Forward support.

That’s for the school to decide. We leave it to them to allocate the licences to the children who can benefit most from the scheme.

As Spring progresses we will be sending out a regular newsletter to all of our Pay It Forward benefactors keeping you up to date on the success and impact of the programme.

Of course!

The subscription bundles include licences valid for 6 months, but you’re more than welcome to renew the subscription after 6 months or buy further subscription bundles.

Just give us a call on 0800 048 7418
